张胜利，山西大同人，博士（后），副教授，博士生导师。2018年6月毕业于太原理工大学矿业工程学院矿业工程专业（硕博连读），并荣获2018年太原理工大学优秀博士论文。主要从事能源地下储运、爆破工程、城市地下空间工程等方面的研究工作。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、山西省自然科学基金面上项目等纵向项目4项，横向项目10余项，参与了国家重点基金、区域联合重点基金以及国家重点研发计划。发表高水平论文20余篇，以第一作者发表11篇，其中在《Energy》《Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering》、《Construction and Building Materials》、《Composite Structures》等SCI一区TOP期刊发表论文6篇，《煤炭学报》、《岩石力学与工程学报》等期刊发表EI论文3篇。申请发明专利10余项，授权4项，出版专著1部，获批国家计算机软件著作权3项，担任中国岩石力学与工程学会深地空间探测与开发分会理事以及国内外多个主流期刊的审稿专家。
